1. Definitions
“Service” — the Enralo software service and all its interfaces: the website, the web dashboard, the Telegram bot and mini app, and the public API.
“User” — any person using the Service. “Order” — a request to cover the resource cost of a transaction in the TRON network for a specified public address.
2. Accounts and access
Retail users sign in with Telegram; business users additionally receive API keys in the web dashboard.
The User is responsible for keeping API keys and webhook secrets confidential, and for all actions performed with them. Compromised keys must be revoked in the dashboard.
3. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful activity, to circumvent sanctions, to attack the infrastructure of the Service or third parties, to attempt to bypass rate limits, or to resell the Service under a different name without a written agreement.
Automated access is allowed only through the public API and within the published limits.
4. API and technical limits
The API applies rate limits per API key. Order creation supports idempotency keys; repeating a request with the same key returns the original result instead of creating a duplicate order.
Webhook deliveries are signed; the User is responsible for verifying the signature and for deduplicating events by the delivery identifier.
The Service may change API limits and add new fields to responses; breaking changes are announced in advance in the documentation.
5. Balance and billing
Business accounts are billed from a prepaid balance. Funds are reserved when an order is accepted and charged when it is delivered; a failed order releases the reserve back to the balance.
The transaction history and the ledger are available in the dashboard and can be exported.
6. Availability
The Service aims for continuous availability but does not provide an uptime guarantee unless a separate agreement is signed.
Planned maintenance and incidents are reflected on the public status page.
7. Suspension and termination
The Service may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these terms, of the AML Policy, or of applicable law, as well as on a lawful request from a competent authority.
The User may stop using the Service at any time and request the return of an unused prepaid balance in accordance with the public offer.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the software, interfaces, documentation and brand of the Service belong to the Service. These terms do not transfer any rights except the right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Service is not liable for the operation of the TRON network, of third-party resource providers, of Telegram, or for the consequences of transactions signed by the User.
The limitation of liability set out in the public offer applies to these terms as well.
10. Changes to the terms
The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
