1. General provisions
This document is a public offer of the Enralo service (hereinafter — the “Service”) addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the “Customer”) to conclude a contract for the provision of software services on the terms set out below.
The Service operates the software available at enralo.com, app.enralo.com, api.enralo.com and the Telegram bot @enralobot.
2. Subject of the contract
The Service provides the Customer with a software service that covers the resource cost of a transaction in the TRON network: on the Customer’s request, the Service arranges the delegation of network resources (Energy or Bandwidth) to a public TRON address specified by the Customer.
The Service does not perform transfers of the Customer’s funds, does not store the Customer’s private keys or seed phrases, does not request token approvals and does not act as an exchange, custodian or payment agent for the Customer’s assets.
3. Acceptance of the offer
Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer is the payment for an order in the Telegram bot, the mini app or the web dashboard, or the execution of an order through the API.
By paying for an order the Customer confirms that they have read this offer, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the AML Policy, and agrees to be bound by them.
4. Order and delivery
An order is created for a specific public TRON address, resource type, amount and rental duration shown at the moment of the quote.
The order is considered fulfilled once the resource delegation transaction is confirmed in the TRON network. The Service provides the transaction hash as proof of delivery.
Typical delivery time is under one minute, but it depends on the TRON network and third-party resource providers and is not guaranteed.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown before payment and are valid for the period stated in the quote. The price depends on the current cost of network resources and may change between orders.
Payment methods: Telegram Stars in the Telegram bot and mini app; a prepaid balance in the web dashboard, topped up with TRX, USDT (TRC-20) or TON.
Deposits in USDT or TON are converted to the balance currency (TRX) at the rate and spread shown at the moment of crediting.
6. Refunds
If an order cannot be fulfilled, payments made with Telegram Stars are refunded automatically to the payer, and payments made from the prepaid balance are returned to that balance.
A delivered order — one where the delegation is confirmed on-chain — is not refundable, because the resource has already been paid for and transferred to the address specified by the Customer.
An unused prepaid balance may be refunded on request, less the costs incurred by the Service, if this does not contradict the AML Policy.
7. Obligations of the Customer
The Customer undertakes to provide a correct public TRON address. The Service is not responsible for a delegation made to an address entered incorrectly by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including circumventing sanctions restrictions, money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
The Customer is solely responsible for the tax and regulatory treatment of their own operations.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the TRON network, of third-party resource providers, or of Telegram.
The Service’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the order that gave rise to the claim.
The Service is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or for the consequences of the Customer’s own transactions.
9. Restrictions
The Service may refuse to accept an order, suspend service or terminate the contract if the Customer’s activity indicates violation of this offer, of the AML Policy or of applicable law.
The Service is not available to persons and jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions restrictions.
10. Term, amendments and disputes
The contract enters into force upon acceptance and remains in force until the parties have fulfilled their obligations.
The Service may amend this offer by publishing a new version on this page; the version in force at the moment of payment applies to the order.
Disputes are settled through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, they are resolved in accordance with the applicable law of the Service’s place of registration.
